Draft Gastropub's fall menu is full of dishes perfect for this time of year, and it was to hard to choose just one. We called on our friends at noshfoxvalley.com to share their favorite dish.
"My personal favorite entrée one that truly encompasses everything fall is Draft's Butternut Squash Ravioli with Tenderloin. Butternut Squash Ravioli, Sliced Tenderloin, Brandy-Apricot Sauce, Goat Cheese, Pine Nuts, Cranberries, and Seasonal Vegetables. This dish includes so many traditionally fall ingredients and flavors. It's the essence of fall in a plate of comfort food. It's excellent paired with Draft's seasonal Autumn Waltz, a sweet honey bourbon cocktail."

10. Fox River Brewing Company - White Chicken Chili

A fall food blog wouldn't be complete without mention of chili, and Fox River Brewing Company's World-Famous White Chicken Chili is some of the best that the Fox Cities have to offer. The warm and flavorful chili topped with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling of cheese will take the fall chill out of you on the first bite.

October and Wisconsin Craft Beer go together like peanut butter and jelly. The brewers at Appleton Beer Factory are pumping out plenty of their Oktoberfest for Fox Cities locals and visitors to enjoy. We asked the brewers to describe the lager, "Amber-brown, our Oktoberfest lager bier has good caramel, malty flavor that comes on strong and dissipates quickly for a clean finish. It'll make you want to take your lederhosen off and spin them around in the air! Ziggy-zaggy, ziggy-zaggy, oi oi oi!!"
