Bubolz Nature Preserve Earth Day Challenge
Bubolz is celebrating 50 years of inspiring a love of nature and they've decided to go big by turning Earth Day into Earth Month. If you haven't already been participating, Bubolz has been listing a series of weekly challenges to help people connect more deeply with the beautiful earth around them.
The challenge for the week of April 22-29 is an Earth Day hike at Bubolz, and more details for the challenges can be found here.

Heckrodt Wetland Reserve
Join the folks at Heckrodt for an Earth Day celebration titled "Tales on the Trails." Take a self-guided hike through the reserve, meeting naturalists positioned along the way to guide you through a variety of spring activities.
Tales on the Trails will run from 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm and is free for all to enjoy.
The Earth Day celebrations continue into the weekend with an open studio and plant sale at Pinot's Palette. Through a special collaboration with Evergreen Florists of Appleton, the community is invited to stop by to shop for plants and flowers outside the studio and then hop on inside to participate in sustainable painting projects.
More details, including registration, can be found here.
