Baseball is finally back at Fox Cities Stadium. Check out these health and safety protocols from our friends at the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers!
Following the journey of a fan through all possible operational touchpoints from arrival to departure, the Timber Rattlers have implemented the changes below.
Staff/Guest Sanitation Amenities: The Timber Rattlers will add hand-sanitizing stations throughout Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium, including at gates, around the concourse, at concession stands, and restroom entrances.
Seating: For the month of April and May, seating will be socially distant with at least six feet between fans from different households. This will limit attendance to approximately 25% capacity. A 12 ft. buffer zone will be in a place around each dugout limiting fan seating near the dugouts.
Face Coverings: Face Coverings are now optional at the ballpark. Please wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable.
Cashless Purchasing Options: The Timber Rattlers will install cashless options at all points of sale in and around the Ballpark. However, cash will still be accepted in all areas.
Parking: Fans will be instructed to leave ample space between cars. This will assist in the practice of social distancing while fans are entering and exiting their vehicles.
Sidewalks/Paths Leading to Ballpark Entrances: The Timber Rattlers will post social distancing signage in various spots in or about Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium. Fans and guests will be encouraged to practice social distance as they approach the Ballpark and floor markers will be placed at six-foot intervals at the main entry gates.
Bag Policy: Only medical bags, manufactured diaper bags, and purses not exceeding 5” x 9” will be permitted.
Please be patient and friendly to the Timber Rattlers Staff AND Fang as everyone works to navigate the new protocols.
