As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation evolves, the Fox Cities Convention & Visitors Bureau continues to monitor the situation and works to support the health and well-being of our community, visitors, guests, and region.


Health and Travel Guidelines
We are also working closely with our 19 represented municipalities, industry partners, and health officials to bring you up-to-date, travel-related health information and precautions. Wisconsin is currently under the Safer at Home mandate, effective through April 24. Other health resources include:


Recommended general health precautions include:

  • Wash hands often with soap and water for 20+ seconds.
  • Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
  • Cough into your elbow and sneeze into a tissue.
  • Do not touch your mouth, nose, and eyes with unwashed hands.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces.
  • Stay up-to-date on vaccinations.
  • Avoid contact with people who are already sick.
  • Practice social distancing, staying approximately six feet away from others.


Fox Cities Visitor Center
The Fox Cities Visitor Center (3433 W. College Ave., Appleton) is closed to the public March 16-April 24. FCCVB staff continue working remotely and will return your calls and emails as soon as possible.

Regarding events, we encourage you to follow-up directly with the respective host or entity for the most up-to-date info on their schedules, hours, or happenings.

FCCVB staff are currently working with clients to reschedule events, sport tournaments, and meetings/conventions in the immediate future to a later date.
