Specialty cocktails offered to purchase at each dinner to accompany the theme of the evening.
Doors Open at 6PM, Dinner Served at 6:30PM
Appetizer Options:
Crawfish Étouffée- Crawfish in a rich and buttery gravy served over steamed rice
Andouille & Jalapeño Grits- Seared andouille sausage and fried okra over jalapeño cheese grits
Entrée Options:
Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo-Southern shrimp and sausage served over Louisiana rice
Cajun Chicken & Dirty Rice-Cajun spiced chicken served over southern dirty rice
Dessert:
Beignets-Warm beignets served with a vanilla bourbon sauce

$50/person per dinner plus service fee & tax (20% service fee, 5.5% tax)
