Breaking Boundaries Triathlon

On Friday, May 16, 2025, Kaukauna High School is hosting our six annual Breaking Boundaries Triathlon: an adaptive triathlon for students with disabilities. Kaukauna, Kimberly, and Little Chute students will partake in swimming, biking, and running or walking from the Heart of the Valley YMCA along the CE trail to the Bank of Kaukauna Stadium. We proudly promote and support a healthy lifestyle for our students while appropriately challenging their social, emotional, and physical abilities in order to help each student exceed their own expectations.

The purpose of this event is to teach our students about achieving a difficult goal through training, goal setting, dedication, and hard work. As we prepare for our race, we are looking for community partners to share in our values. We are hopeful that your organization will consider donating towards this event to offset the cost. It is our goal to offer this event at zero cost to the triathletes, their mentors, and the staff that support them. The monetary donations will be used for customized race t-shirts, medals, signage, and a post-race lunch party to celebrate the athletes’ achievement. In addition, one graduating Kaukauna High School student, who have participated in the event for three years, will receive a small scholarship towards post secondary education. In appreciation of your donation, we will put your business name on the back of the race t-shirt worn by all triathletes, mentors, staff, and fans. In addition, with your donation of $100 or more, we will display your logo on a sign placed along the route. As we prepare for the day of our event, please consider supporting our athletes and their mentors by cheering them on in person along the route near your business’ sign. Your consideration towards making our annual triathlon a success is greatly appreciated. We will be able to offer you a receipt of your donation. If you graciously plan to donate to our event, please send your donation or contact us by March 1, 2025. If you donate after this date, it will be added to the following year's event.
