Vault 202 wanted to create an event for people to come together during the slowest part of the year. Just like Punxsutawney Phil brings a big crowd together in the middle of winter each year, they want to do the same here in Appleton. Bringing together local vendors, local music, and YOU, our local friends. This event is completely free to attend, and ALL are welcome.
