Night on the Town

Start the evening with happy hour at Cleo's, where the walls and ceiling are plastered in holiday decorations that would make the Grinch's heart grow three sizes. If the holiday decor doesn't warm your heart, Cleo's famous Dirty Snowball definitely will. A block west and across the street, enjoy dinner for two at Rye Restaurant. Their tantalizing dishes are created with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Fox Cities region. Try the Butternut Squash Ravioli or Western Ross Salmon for a decadent experience. As tempting as Rye's dessert menu may be, you'll want to save room for a scoop of Copper Rock Coffee Co.'s house-made gelato. Flavors are always changing so take a look at Copper Rock's Instagram for a possible sneak peak. To round out the night, delicious drinks and live music await at Deja Vu Martini Bar. Sunset Romance

Enjoy locally crafted brews ranging from the delicious juicy flavor of Lions Tail Brewing Co.'s Juice Cloud New England Style IPA to Barrel 41's dark and rich porter Cinnamon Roll Crunch with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Take a romantic stroll through Shattuck Park and down to the waterfront for a breathtaking view of the sun setting on Lake Winnebago. After night has fallen, Cannova's is the place to be in Downtown Neenah for exquisite Italian fare, including fresh pizza. Finish the evening with a light cheese plate or a perfectly concocted confection from Santé Wine Bar & Bistro.
