Community First Champion Center Highlighted as "Multisport Magnet"
According to Sports Business Journal, The Community First Champion Center and other youth sports venues are key in developing year-round destinations
"Located southwest of Green Bay and northwest of Milwaukee, in a market of 250,000 residents, the 164,000-square-foot indoor facility features an NHL-sized ice rink, a fieldhouse with eight volleyball courts or four basketball courts, and a seasonal arena that transitions from an ice rink to hard-court surface for sports like basketball and volleyball.
'The arena is booked for 48 of the 52 weekends this year, and 75% of those events require travel to the Fox Cities,” proclaimed Adam Ligocki, general manager of the Community First Champion Center. “It’s been even more successful than we could have imagined.'”
