The Spot: Houdini's Escape Gastropub - Houdini's Escape Gastropub is just a short walk from downtown. The pub offers a selection of over 160 craft beers and microbrews as well as an extensive wine list. Come for their seasonal-inspired entrees and stay for the live music that is often playing. The open concept kitchen will give you a sneak peak at the culinary magicians preparing your food.

The Dish: Mahi Mahi - 8 oz. pan-seared Mahi over a bed of riced cauliflower with wilted spinach, wild mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes finished with a lemon caper white wine butter sauce
