Overview
What began as a forgotten manuscript in a basement became a story that transcends borders and generations.
With musical flourishes provided by Wisconsin legends Copper Box, Patrick Dewane thrillingly recounts the tale of his grandfather, Matt Konop, whose uncovered World War II diaries told of his leadership in the liberation of the Konop family’s ancestral Czech village. It’s an unforgettable story of bravery and of the bonds that can’t be broken.
